“I’m sure many of you have heard the saying “When you practice yoga once a week, you change your mind.  When you practice twice a week, you change your body.  When you practice every day, it will change your life.”  I was not a believer until I met Janet.  I didn’t know much about yoga and was extremely nervous when I walked into her beginner’s class 5.5 years ago.  I am being completely honest when I say it was the most life-changing 90 minutes of my life.  Janet is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had and sparked my true passion for yoga.  She has a way of making everyone feel at ease and does an amazing job of teaching all elements of yoga.  I’ve been to many classes, with many instructors and have said that I don’t believe I would have continued yoga had I not started out with Janet.  She is able to assess the individual needs of her students while creating a safe environment for exploration and growth.  Janet has an extensive background knowledge of physiology and holistic practice.  Her teachings help improve each individual’s work done both on and off the mat.  There are not enough words of praise and gratitude to thank Janet for this incredible gift that she has given me.  She truly has changed my life in the most positive way!”
