Practice…….

We offer a variety of classes incorporating Integrated Holistic Yoga practice. This type of yoga invites a variety of yoga postures and body shapes bringing together MIND, breath and body. All levels welcome.

Our Integrated Holistic Hatha yoga practices include slow flow, vinyasa, and restorative classes. If you would like more information regarding classes, please contact us to help us guide you toward your yoga health and wellness needs.

Slow Flow - slower paced practice using mindful movements and breathing while holding postures for longer periods of time.

Basics Slow Flow - New to yoga? We will cover some foundations in the practices taking a bit more time with our flows;)

Vinyasa - faster paced practice linking movements with breath in a flowing sequence.

Restorative - gentle, relaxing and supported postures with long extended holds. Multiple props are used to support approximately 4-6 deeply relaxing postures.

Group classes - $18

Individual practices - $75 minimum (per individual)/75 minutes.

Yoga mats may be rented - $3

We explore pranayama (breathing) practices.

Examples of some pranayama practices we may use are:

  • Ujjayi - “victory breath” victorious over fluctuations of the mind

  • Nadi Shodhana - a balancing breath

  • Kaki or Sitali - cooling breath

Connecting with our breath, by using various practices, will help to guide our awareness inward, detoxify our physical, mental and emotional bodies: assist in healing our whole Self.

We explore mudra and/or mantra practices.

Mudras are hand gestures or as my teacher would call it “yoga postures for your hands” .

Mantras are enlightening words or small phrases repeated to assist with meditation.

Using mudra and mantras we help to enhance our awareness of the senses and guide toward a deeper inward focus, a bringing forth of pleasure and a practice of meditation. Discovering and honoring your true Self.
